Fourteen mile creek

Any of you guys ever fish this area? I drove up to the Charlestown SP and checked out the boat ramp, and was thinking of trying it out. I have never fished there before, and was just curious if it would be worth a try? If you fish the area, what do you target?

I have not been there for several years so I can't help with the fishing. FYI: The creek used to be posted as no gas motors allowed once you are past the mouth. I was told DNR used to watch it closely, but never saw them personally. Just a heads up.

Went in the creek last weekend and it was muddy.

Good creek to fish. The entire creek is Troolling motor only,and I would follow the rule, the CO rides a jet ski and he always waiting.Yes all the creeks down on this pool are very muddy right now, should be real good fishing when all the rain gets out of here.

Thanks for the warning guys, I think I will give it a try. Any advice on what to fish for?
