bank fishing at green river???

Going to green river this Wednesday till next Wednesday and i wanted to do a little fishing but were not taking the boat, is there anywere close to the state park marina to fish on the bank, ive heard of some place they call the paylake, any help would be great, or if anyone was gonna be there and has a boat seat open, ill help with gas, thanks, Cory Sparks...

The paylake is the area right next to the marina where there will inevitably be numerous people casting for a musky. I stopped by once and hooked up on a nice one and saw probably 10 caught in just a couple hours. It was nuts but it was the perfect time of year and conditions when Green was on fire. Its located on the drive into the parking lot and if you have any trouble finding it just ask someone, I'm sure all the people around there will know exactly what youre looking for.
