Douglas on 4th of July

Would it be crazy to fish Douglas on Sunday night considering it's the holiday weekend? I've never been down there on the 4th before, so I don't know if the traffics really any worse than it normally is on a weekend. I love to fish Douglas when its' close to a full moon. But I hate to drive all the way down there and not be able to find a point without a boat already on it or find the fish 50 feet deep! Any replies appreciated!

I'll be there. I'm heading down from Indiana tonight. I've been there on the 4th weekend several times and it's nothing like what I contend with on my home lakes on a holiday weekend.
