Good......not so political Palin Story.....

OK.......it has a little politics to it, but not much.

When my oldest daughter became old enough to vote, I told her it was HER responsibility to know and UNDERSTAND the issues. I told her that it was HER responsibility to VOTE.......

Well, she spent many long days and nights, and whatever, developing her own ideas about politics........I actually think she is a little more RIGHT WING than me, but that's for a different post .

Anyways.........My daughter created a young republican's club at school, volunteered for Palin in Southern Indiana, etc, etc. A few months ago, my daughter created a VERY GOOD dvd with lots of cool information about palin, and her run at the VP spot. She wrote a pretty nice letter to Sarah Palin,, and included it with the DVD.

Well, in the mail today, she got a PERSONALIZED letter, written by Sarah Palin herself, a certificate as an honorary daughter of Alaska, and an autographed Sarah Palin picture.

No matter what you feel about the lady, this is a CLASS ACT thing to do......

My daughter is the FUTURE of politics, and I'm glad she's involved......I don't CARE what she thinks about politics, but I'm glad she's engaged.

A big ole Kudos shout out for your daughter George, WTG. I personally think Palin is the real deal. She seems very genuine to me and very strong and up to date on current issues. It's a shame she was treated like crap by the media DOGS. They had no right or justification for half of the junk they did. She would have made twice the President as Obama in my humble opinion.

Right or wrong path....the key, is it is HER path.........I'm glad she chose the way I would have, but bottom line........kids her age are the ones who will be running the country in in 30 years...........
