Ya know the one thing ya never do is tell your enemy what it is you are doing to them or how your are doing it. The only time you do "leak" that is if in fact it is in your favor, and is for the purpose of making people react a certain way. The way you want them to react under the mistaken conception that they have uncovered your intentions.
The bad guys know the best way to destabilize a government or society is to create mistrust and contempt for internal authority. When you have established that foundation, its much easier to step in as the "crusader and savior", correct the alleged wrongs, and take control now with the backing of the populace that really didn't want you there in the first place, but now accepts you because they think you have fixed what was broke.
Not news to me what this guy is saying, he's a defector to the US. Don't you think we have been doing exactly the same thing to the good old USSR? How many Ruskies wear good old Levy's now, vice say before the wall came down, and collapse of the old Soviet way of life? Food for thought, did the ole USSR collapse, or do they just want us to think it did?
