Fished Wed night, water didn't have a lot of color to it but had a bunch of debris down toward the **** and around the banks. Nothing big out in the middle that I saw before sundown anyways.

Thinking about going to t-ville sat night or sunday morning. Anybody know if the water is muddy or debris is floating ? Lake level shows to be less than a foot over summer pool. Thanx for any info. Jc

Thanks for the info. Might have to hold up on that trip. My transmission in my truck is getting ready to take a dump so somebody go catch all my fish for me okthats life !
I was there Frirday night. The water wasn't stained too bad and I was showing a temp of 82 degrees. Fishing as others put it was dead.
The ramp was a little slow when I got there due to someone launching their boat on the ramp instead of in the lake. Here is what it looked like when I got there. http://www.lakewoode.com/pic/boat_on_ramp.jpg
The situation is embarassing enough but have it happen in front of 30 boats full of people who know you takes the cake. The guy will probably never live it down. It's nice to see the generosity of the people around helping to get the boat back on the trailer.
wow!! I will now take the extra minute and unhook the wench at the waters edge. How did they get it back on??
I fish the 3 fish tourn. last night and thought it was pretty dead also until I checked the tournament board this morning.

2nd Joe Toon & Brian Robertson 2 fish 6.76 lbs
3rd Gerald Reid 2 fish 6.02 lbs
4th Ben Boggs & Kyle Smith 2 fish 4.59 lbs
5th Ronnie Bowman & Todd Buckingham 2 fish 4.35 lbs
6th Robert Lester & Michael Lester 2 fish 3.72 lbs
Big fish John Boatright & Travis Herring 4.80 lbs
We had 38 boats
11 boats had fish
2.59 lbs average weight
18 total fish weighed
Wow! And to think someone made a comment on this board a while back about it being near impossible to do that. I always unhook at the water. I have those Teflon strips on my trailer and simply have to stick the tips of the rails in the water to get the boat on and off the trailer.I was there Frirday night. And to beat the godfather by four pounds........simply amazing
Yea , there was a thread on here a few days ago about unhooking your boat and being ready at the ramp to save time for hurried boaters , and that a boat would'nt slip off the trailer ! I bet this guy wished he'd taken the time to unhook at the waters edge ! I have a good freind who did the same thing at Cumberland State Park with his $40,000 Ranger Bass boat an he always unhooks at the waters edge now . Common sence is the main thing on the ramps.........
LOL Just trying to catch up with U Mr. Swift. The way I have fished this year I was due to hit one in the head sooner or later! More then likely I will donate it back to you soon! lolWho is this Boatright fella ???
