You having trouble Marty? The 3 Listed locally on Evinrudes site are M&C, Boatworks, and Southern Indiana Marine.

yeah I am. Injector stuck. I think it is from sitting down at cumberland for 3 months for sale and the jack asses never started the boat. It is curretnly at Boatworks, the first Etec HPO that SIM ever worked on was mine, and I think M&C went out of business.

The best is not in Louisville area, but he has been to all the e-tec schools and has been working on Evinrude/Johnson for over 30 years. Give Gre a call at Performance Marine of Alexandria, Ky. He can do warranty work, trust me he is GOOD! He will stand by his work. He had a 225 HO e-tec in there the other day, that had been to 3 dealers for a running issue. He had it diagnosed and fixed in no time.

I second Sargents Marine, Just got my boat back from them last week. Very resonable and do good work.

M & C is definitely not out of business.

They have a very good ( meticulous ) Evinrude mechanic.

I have a 2003 200 HO that has been seviced and repaired ( water in fuel ) replaced relays,
plugs and fuel filter.

A family member just had a lower unit replaced under warranty on a 2007 Etec 225 HO.

We picked up the Aqua Patio on 9/11 with new heavy duty lower unit.

We took the boat down to Cumberland last weekend for the poker run.

We ran the motor for 10+ hours and probabally 65 miles in one 24 hour period.

You can only go so fast when slowly idling through Harmon Creek watching girls collect strings of beads for showing (.)(.) s

I was actually told by 2 other Evinrude mechanics that Robbie Sargent was the man when it came to Evinrude. He's the only marine mechanic I will use.
