had a bad spot on my keel guard called them to see if there was a fix for it and they wanted to see pics emailed them pics and with in 20 mins had an email sayin a new one was in the mail ....... now that is how to stand behind ur product

What kind of spot are you talking about?mine is coming off at both ends.Thanks

mine cracked in the middle towards the back ..... call them call cant hurt i had heard about the customer support and usually companys tell me were to go and they cant help me because of their warrenty and the fine print that really says we dont cover anything at all .... u know how it is..... but this was a no questions asked heres a new one call if u need any thing else
