For the past couple years the buckeye div of the BFL they have had there super tx a 2 day event at tanners.Two years ago they had a new tx director who went over the rules at the night before meeting and even handed them out, but one off limits place that had been put on there before was not there .it was a small drain pipe in hogans creek barely big enough for a small jon boat to push his way thru to a pond on the other side this guy who won the tx doing this is a well known stick on the river he didn,t need that pipe but since there were no rules printed otherwise he did it and yes he got his balls busted for it and so did flw this year every tx org. on the river has that pipe off limits.Now for last weekends tx the first day and everyother tx day for every org. who fishes out of tanners the release area by the ramp is off limits day one of the tx you could not fish it but on day 2 bfl officials decided to make it legal to get the catches for the tx up and one of the local elite series pros caught his limit in that release area so if it,s off limits the first day it should have remained off limits the entire tx.
