the old man and fished it sun afternoon/evening. after fighting the wind and getting the depth finder working, we started marking fish deep on the main lake around 20-40 ft of water. he caught 3 on a finese worm. heard others were catching them on medium running crank baits, with one kid pulling out a 22 incher. it was crowded but not outrageous, the wind may have kept people away. water temp was 75 and somewhat stained. we did have a few bites shallow on grass, but they seemed to be hanging deep. i would love to hear anybody else's experience this weekend.

Me and my friend went there sunday and didnt catch a thing. With the cold front moving through and the wind whippn from the NE im surprised you caught anything
Went Sunday also with the girlfriend-started about 8 and left at 1pm. boated 5 or 6 and all were small. we fished mostly shallow with medium running crankbaits and baby brushhogs. wind was tough...............
ok atleast i wasn't the only one....yea the wind was tough, and i tossed a jig a lot, thats my go-to bait there and just about anywhere, especially for big fish. but as was said, i suspected the front had them where they didn't know whether they were comin or goin.
