500 Million.........the entire program is only 400 BILLION a year, or something like that.

And the 500 Million is from probably the ONLY medicare program where medicare waste does NOT exist..........Medicare Advantage/Prescription Drug.

BTW...........WHO do you suppose purchases MAPD........OLD, White, Middle Aged people...........a PERFECT demographic for the OBAMUNISTS to target.

On top of that......WHO do you suppose will make out like a BANDIT with the coverage change...I KNOW. Vendors of GAP insurance......you know the 3-7 thousand dollar per year gap between Medicare coverage and PART D coverage.

Guess who the LARGEST vendor of GAP coverage is..........yes my friends, that is RIGHT........AARP.......and GUESS who agrees with the president on the changes.........AARP........Imagine that.

Geo, I could not agree more. The one thing I'd like to see my govt get much better at is taking the fraud and waste out of every program, including the financial system (read that as no more Enron, AIG, Lehman Bros, Madeoff's). Makes me sick to see programs intended to benefit us citizens abused witout serious jail time for the offenders. That goes for internal to the govt. Like DOD $5000 toliets. Always gonna be crooks out there, I just want Uncle Sam to get the six shooter out and take a couple more of these smucks to the wood shed.

Just given modern era facts. 20 versus 8 Plus 10 months are the facts. The democrats balanced the budget under clinton 9 years plus 10 months ago( just a guestimation). They handed bush a surplus when he took over and just look at what he handed over to obama and us.

Are you saying that the U.S. had no debt and a surplus of money when Bush became POTUS ? Would Catrina and 9-11 have fit into Clinton's budget? Why do you keep bringing up Bush? I did not think Bush was a very good POTUS. There were things that he could have done better I'M sure. But what about today? Lets say that Bush messed up on everything that he did. OK now that we have all of this Bush stuff in the past what is our current POTUS doing to help the budget today? Please answer me on this one cork.
