Late season bowhunting

How many of you take the bow back out after gun season/ I personally love late season bowhunting. I see more deer and less people which is a plus when you are hunting public land. Got the long bow out sitting by the door and will be heading to the woods around 2 p.m.

I used to regularly Tim,but haven't for several years now as I usually kill all I want by Modern Gun season.I may do some late season hunting this year as I passed on several bucks waiting for one that suited me and still haven't killed a buck as of now.I agree with you that I see far more big bucks/deer late season and fewer hunters.After the 1st week of gun season the deer went nocturnal here and now I am seeing them move around more during daylight hours again.
I guess sitting in a stand during freezing weather is my only complaint, as the older I get the more I dislike the cold.

LOL I almost went to taylorsville this weekend and glad I changed my mind. I would have hated to make a 25 mile drive only to be reminded that it was quota hunt weekend lol.
