coach Joe B. Hall, went over to the licking river fishing, a few years back. and took a 5 gallon bucket with him to sit on. he was fishing from the bank, the bite was good that day and he caught several nice eating size, but they were under size. { not keepers } he put the fish in the 5 gallon bucket, and was going to catch a few more. when the game warden, showed up from the bushes behind him. and ask are the fish biting, and joe said no. the game warden looked in the bucket and smiled. and said looks like these are a little short, to be keepers. and joe said those are my pet fish in the bucket. the game warden laughed and said pet fish. joe said yes pet fish, I bring them with me to the river and while I fish, I let my pets swim in the river for a while. then they come and get back in the bucket, and I take them home. the game warden said show me, so joe let the fish lose in the river,and kept on fishing. joe said in about 10 minutes, the game warden said alright call them back. joe said call what back, the game warden said the fish. and joe said what fish.

I heard that joke on the Job and denny show, I thought it was pretty funny. I'm glad you liked it...... here's another one, and if any of you snowed in fishermen or fisherwomen have a joke. post them here, and make someone smile real big.


their was this doctor in town, that was known all over town. for catching them really big bass. he would take pictures of them hanging on the scales. he was the best big bass catcher in the county. so old doc was out early one morning, going to his honey hole. when this car had the road blocked. and their was about 12 or so people standing around the car. when someone yelled here's doc. so doc ran over to the car, where a woman was having a baby, so doc delivered a big boy. every one was laughing and so happy, and this lady walked up and said, here doc. I got these fishing scales out of the back of your truck, see what that boy weighs. doc laid the little boy on a rag, hooked the scales to it, raised him into the air and it read 22.8 pounds.
