I remember when those words meant something momentous had occurred. A public figure had been shot, war had broken out somewhere, there had been some kind of natural disaster, or something else that the public needed to know immediately. Today the "special report" was Tiger Woods apologizing for cheating on his wife. A sign of the times.

So true. It use to be that if you heard that you stopped what you was doing and ran over to see what was up. Now it invokes the "where is the remote?" response. Sad so very sad.

I remember as well...in a different direction though anything that starts off this is ABC, CBS or NBC is a channel changing moment for me. Those networks are a joke....I love having a choice!

Ah.....all the women in the hand picked live audience had one thing in common. They are the only ones on the face of the earth "investigated and proven" to have NOT slept with Tiger.
