Nolin bass Tournament result!

I heard that there was a Nolin R&W Bass Tournament (1 day), with a 5 fish limit ..21lbs won it! That is some great weight for Nolin.....yes?
Also another tournament results from Lake Cumberland, from the Louisa Bass Club..going out of Beaver Creek. They had a day and a half tournament (12 hours I presume); Their individual winning weight was 19lbs! But what stood out on this report..was that they had 12 smallies over 4lbs...and 2 over 5lb...the largest being 5.34! Now that was some smallie action!...And no they wern't caught on the F&F ..just thought I'd throw that in there!

i wonder what the bait of choice is right now at nolin? but im sure nooone wants to give that up with all the tourneys. cant decide whether to go to nolin or barren this weekend

where are they catching these smallies at on that lake?

....?The smallies are being caught at lake Cumberland right now....and they can just about be anywhere...at any given time. They are putting on the fat!

Last year we were fishing the duck pond at the falls of the Ohio for Stripers and my buddy was using a 2oz bucktal jig and got a 5lb smallie !!!

So folks that say smallies won't hit a large bait are mistaken..It was the blackest smallie I have every seen too bad none had a camera or even a camera phone
