    BassHound 10'

I recently purchased a used BassHound, and I believe it filled with water on the INSIDE. The plastic inside the boat is bloating, and it is HEAVY.
How would I go about getting the water out. I read a previous post about drilling two holes to empty it, then replug it. Is this the best solution?
I put a new 55lb. thrust MinnKota on it, and it just wouldn't go.
Would my little troller push my 10' aluminum v-hull boat in saltwater canals? I'm afraid the tide and the wind will just take me out to sea!
    thanks for any replys.
