True plus burning the oil will be against Al Gore and the greenies wishes so we would have to build a reactor style incinerator. Of course the bi-partison commission would have to be formed to study the effects on the environment...so far thats about 500 billion.

There is a movement to collect hair from barbers and salons across the country in an effort to fill nylon and create floating booms that will absorb the oil. Dare I say that this 'hair-brained" idea works? It is working and hay would work too. It's the good-ole-boy shrimpers who are being effected most and whether or not it's farmer innovation, or shrimp boat captain innovation, everything and anything needs to be tried.
