Everythig I read was pointing to his high school coach. Not sure what violations can be pinned on cal and uk, although I'm sure there will be something.

Not sure if any of this will come back on Cal, but it could result in wins being stripped for using an ineligible player. Cat fans might get to celebrate 2000 wins again.

I think they need to be looking into the coach and whoever was paying HIM. Remember when Bledsoe signed with UK his HS coach was furious...sounds like his pay day he expected didn't pan out. Florida may have been the ones looking to spend some bucks.

It's too bad this stuff happens, it seems like nothing is sacred when these kids are dreaming of the NBA. I don't know the fix but I venture to guess that for ever kid caught cheating their are 10 who got away with it.

agian, the NBA and the NFL are using the public schools for their training camps. the schools go for the bucks, and the whole system suffers.The heck with these full paid rides for minimal students because they can shoot a basket or run the quarter in so many seconds.Its a disgrace to all students to hear how illiterate some of these graduates are.Stick to the GPA standards, the psats, and let pro sports start an NBA and NFL minor league, works for baseball.

Get used to it boys, the Calipari tenure is here. There will be this kinda crap at the end of every season with this Guber at the helm. Learn to live with it. He will get you your wins but they come at a price.

I'm thinking this one is going to turn out the other way. Bledsoe's likely going to sue and win against somebody for illegal release of his transcripts and UK isn't going to get in any trouble. I also read this morning that Pitino's buddy Pat Forde is likely behind all of this.

By the way, I've heard that Bledsoe comes from a very, very poor background. I know the most troubling allegations come from him receiving rent money from his high school coach or a school official or something.

Let me ask this: We all saw "The Blind Side" movie where the family took in a player and helped him. We all agree it's a good thing to help people in need - especially young people. Why is it such a crime for him to have been helped out?

Here is something to consider, when a player makes an official visit, they bring there transripts with them. Why didn't Sandy Bell catch this? Another thing, Know1 it is the weakest thing I have ever heard trying to throw blame on Forde and some big conspiracy. I know conspiracy theory is a big deal in Big Blue Nation (remember, somebody planted that money in the Emory envelope) but be a realist for a minute. Forde did not break this story, the New York Times did. What does Forde have to do with it?

The bottom line is that if this kids grades where fixed, then he is inelligible period. No two ways about it. They will lose all of the wins that he played in. The NCAA has no choice in the matter, or they are going to have to reinstate Memphis wins and Final Four appearance.

A question for you also: Why do you think this stuff seems to follow Pay Pal Cal around everywhere he goes? Is it coincidence? Is it bad luck? Is the media and the NCAA out to get him?
