Norris lake

Anyone been fishing Norris Lake? It has been a few years since we fished it and thinking about giving it a try. Always seem to be a pretty good lake to fish for SM.

I would say right the now the night bite is better than the day..the Lake stays so clear this time of year its hard to get a good day time bite...

I make it down to Norris every late summer and fall 4 or 5 times. It is better @ night this time of year. Jigs and Spinnerbaits on the rocky channel banks....you know the drill for SM's. Have caught some fish in the early daylight hrs on swimbaits. I do think the 18" limit imposed several years back has helped the fish quality some. Also see more LM in the cove creek branch if thats what yur looking for. If you make it down, hope you do well and let em all swim again.
