South Kentucky Lake Information

I will be in Brandon Springs area of LBL want a close spot to put in and fishing where KY lice is still good so this looks like KY lake is more my spot. I am wanting a place to fish a few hours in the afternoon after meetings. Do not want to go down any roads that the beat the daylights out of me, truck, and boat. What bays would you recommend putting in at that are close to Brandon Springs area?

seems like a few minutes drive, but I would say put in at Paris, thne turn north up the main lake... once north of the bridge yoru kentucky license is good...
