Going to add Additional Storage to my Tracker.

Hey.......I'm seriously thinking about adding a couple tackle trays up front on my Tracker 195.

A couple questions............has ANYONE done this before with the newer trackers.

Next........has anyone used these types of hatches and boxes.......if not, do you have any suggestions??

    Geo,

Mr Raider has the first type, cam lock hatch (first link) and I like it alot. It opens wide, lays flat, the hatch is light, and a litle scilicone makes the cams turn nice and easy but latch securely. I walk on the hatch all the time, and it gives just a little, but feels solid.

My old Pontoon had the last example style hatch. I like it to, but it departed the boat when over time the rivets gave loose that held the hinge to the frame and the hatch door.

I'd endores either of those 2.

RE: the tackle center. Thats a low price! Have seen similar items in West Marine, or Boatersworld with $149 price tags.

I've used the last type on a Tracker and on my current Lowe. Very sturdy. I stand on them when I fish and have never had any problems. They are a little tricky to carpet, but look nice when done.
