Lake hot maps

Need help. my lake hot maps on my lowrance x15 gps . need how to reinstall on my gps.had them on it but lost them.can not bring them up on the screen.

mine did the same thing, I called lowrance and they walked me through rebooting my system. Works great now. Go to lowrance.com and call the phone # listed. They did a great job, only took a few minutes
