Just make sure you partner catches plenty!

There's a good wade that tucks close to high hills and stays fairly shaded early. Might make for some good topwater. Water waist deep at the most. Wading boots a must. This is one that I cut my teeth on yrs ago when I stumbled upon it.

About time you got out after them. DJD and I have been sore mouthing a few lately. Mid July, I seem to remember warm water and fun with small cranks a couple of years back

I don't think that's where he's going this time. I just wanted to let him know he hasn't really missed anything on the one we normally fish.

Well regardless I hope it gives up 100+. Some of the best times I've had have been over at the campground and on the water with the KY fellas. Life's happened and we don't get together as much any more. I miss 3" grub vs. 3" white rapala vs. firetiger mepps in-line spinner best of 5 mile shootouts complete with pre-game conference strategy........
