Going camping at Cumberland Point next week and have never fished this area of Lake Cumberland before. How is the striper and walleye fishing during the day and night. Also my 14 year old son really wants a smallmouth any chance it might happen if we fished some jigs and soft plastics at night. Thanks for the help guys.![]()

Hit the walls at daylight with a spook, pop-r or buzzbait.. Hour or so after the sun is up, hit the pints with a jigging spoon.
Plenty of walleye around there at night on crankbaits ..............
