The fish in the ohio are so helthy and clean.
I did keep 2 small flat heads ( about 3 pounds each ) for the table but all others were released un harm to fight again another day but these were the 2 biggest fish caught..
I'm from louisville and i used to fish below the spillway alot and i must say it was nice to be in water that was calm and since that part of the river had a sharp curve in it the barges was going slow when they passed us.
Man it was just a beautiful day on the river thursday and i can't wait to do it again.
Thanks for the trip Bill
P.S.
Thanks to fishing.com if it was not for you guy's we would not of met..

I think they have done so all ready there just forging them self because of all the easy finger food available. when the sun was setting they started working the top for shad they were doing this 10 to 30 feet from the boat and rolling on top of the water and we could see there backs and some of there mouths & heads..
