Been breaking bass pro
I like the Stren 100% fluorcarbon. Its highly visible and strong.
ive been noticing the same problem with the 6lb test, but the 10lb test has worked well the clear blue flouesent. I switched back to trilene xl clear blue flourescent.
Yep same thing here in the 12lb test. Thought it was just me. And yes if you look at the old box's of the Bass Pro Line, it has an American Flag on the front. That has been removed and replaced with a "Made in China" on the back in very fine print. Almost mad me made when I found out.

I have been using trilene XL in Flourescent for as long as i can remember.
Just found out yesterday that trilen and stren are made a the same place now. This came FROM the manger of fishing at bass pro in clarksville. I fish trilen xl but i'm going to try some stren 100% florcarbon clear/blue. I hope i hate it. It's $22.00 for 200 yards . Anybody tried it yet.

Can't beat XL for night IMHO
P-line CXX clear blue floresent. It looks like rope under blacklight. And is also a tough line.
That's what I use for night fishing. It's the only florescent floro that I can find around here. Because of that, I don't have any other brands to compare it too, but it works good for me and the blacklight lights it up nicely, and you can feel a fish breathe on it.Just found out yesterday that trilen and stren are made a the same place now. I've used original Stren clear/blue fluorescent for years at night, now it's just habit.
I used p-line cxx in clear blue and loved it but the past two years I don't use a black light. I use p-line fluorocarbon or fluoro clear and give up site for feel and my catch ratio and quality have went way up. So no more blacklights for me.
