Help at Rocky Point

I have a tourny at Rocky Poiint this weekend and am looking for water level, color, current, ect... I have fished the Louisvilee area pool of the river but never the cannelton area. I will be able to prefish on Wed so i am just looking for general help. thanks in advance.

RC1 shad color @ pumpkin/chart lizard dipped in garlic/chart die worked the best for me. Fishing close to the ramp area in big deer.

water is falling...it was 17.1 and falling over the weekend, so it will probably be about stable this weekend. color is the normal less than 1 foot of vis. they were short strikin me alot this past weekend

Thats what i have been hearing alot of small cranks and small platics. Thanks again guys for your insight.
