cumberland river unbelevable w/ Boone

Launched around 4pm had special guest in boat tonite "Boone". Put in at kendal river 9,000cfs made it a little past helms. Caught 12 to 15 trout one slot rainbow ,one slot brown and one keeper rainbow 20+. First time fishin with gary and first time I ever caught a keeper rainbow like I did glad to have witness I still don't believe it. Saw big rainbow trailing my bait at the boat. Kept bait in water and swirled it in the figure 8 motion. Thought big trout was gone went to hoist bait out of water and trout exploded out of water and nailed the bait in the air. Air rainbow! Unfreakin beleveable! Shocked I stuck the rod tip in water and opened the bail. We landed the big bow and released him to live another day. Hope Gary will join me again for the cumberland river never fails to amaze me. Thanks for the trip Gary! Can't wait to see whats next.

Yeah, gotta bite my lip on this one. One new lure and another a new color. Been real good to me past week. Cant devulge it this close to Labor day weekend.
