Any one coming to Kentucky or Barkley Lakes for fall or year end tournaments needs to be aware that the lakes are already nearly 3' below summer pool, and barring a major rain event, will continue to fall.

If you don't know the lakes, borrow or buy a map. If you do know the lakes, err on the side of safety. Several of the major creeks have bars at the mouth and high spots in them. If you don't know, don't guess....idle. Several props and lower units bit the dust this weekend, but fortunately, to the best of my knowledge, no one was hurt.
