nolin or rough

hello all, just want some opinions about bass this weekend does anyone have any good news on either. goin with a beginner thought about rough because we might have a chance for some hybrids, anyone have any general info. have fished nolin the past four weeks and had some good fish the first two on a buzz bait. the last 2 weeks just a bunch of small fish on mostt everything. thanks for any and all replies

just got back caught some fish,3 or 4 keepers plus a bonus 4#. mostly shallow..good luck

Which lake did you end up fishing?

made it to nolin,crappie fished with dad,had a good day,37 keepers most in the 10-11" range with e few close to 13..2 real nice keeper bass and a few small.saw alot of bass busting shad just before dark.

we ended up at nolin..were the crappies on jigs or minnows?

jigs and minnows yesterday,i use jigs,dad drags minnows so he don't have to cast much.
went back today by myself and had a limit of crappie on jig and 3 nice spotted bass.caught some nice largemouth on buzzbait too.
