Green river lake crappie?

I always make a trip to Green in the fall to fish for crappie, but I see the lake is still at summer pool. I have never fish it in the fall with the water this high will the fish still be up in the river or I would be better off staying in the main lake. Will be putting in at Homes, anyone know the water color in this area.

I have no idea about crappie but the lake is about 1-2ft below summer pool.....didnt make it down to holmes bend but the water around ramp 1 stilll had a funny brown color like turnover....would have thought the turnover would be over but the water didnt look like it

It's been a few weeks since i last fished GR but found fish across from the camp ground up by Lone Valley Ramp. Fished the bluffs 25-30 fow about 2 cranks off the bottom w/ minnow jig combo. At the time temp was high 50's and the water was still turning over. Down about a foot but heard it was more of a no rain event than pulling the lake.
