    I did my civic duty

I saw a ****into the Ohio River this morning; he was struggling to stay afloat because of all the guns and bombs he was carrying.

Along with him was an ****who was also struggling to stay afloat because of the large backpack ++++
It is now 6pm and they still haven't responded.

I'm starting to think I wasted 2 stamps.

    Dear Mr Tyme:

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office and Homeland Security Office's are currently under severe federal funding cuts and local municipal budget reductions. Noting your request is for rescue type operations, the request was sent to us at the National Headquarters of the US Coast Guard. We will in turn notify the Regional USCG office, and they will in-turn notify the local USCG Auxillary to dispatch an emergency response team. If you have not heard back from us within 30 days, please resubmit your request for further follow-up.

In the future, we would appreciate a slightly more accurate description of the emergency incident site. The Ohio River runs from Pittsburg PA the whole way to the Mississippi River at the western most boundary of KY. Realizing the river flows towards Paducah, we have sent your notice to that office to be vigilant and render assistance as required when the gerntleman you observed arrive in their jurisdictional area.

    Regards,

    Dave Ben Floating
Chief, USCG Emergency Response Coordination Center.

Re: I did my civic duty

    Dear Mr. Tyme,

Your observance of a hazardous discharge into the Ohio river has been forwarded to this office.

Please be aware that we our currently tracking the oil slick that is being exuded from theuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuobserved in the above mentioned body of water. At this time, we do not anticipate any shut down of downstream water intakes.

As to the-------------------------- you observed, that terminology is not recognized by this department, nor by Homeland Security. We have therefore forwarded this portion of your observance to the local Fish and Game Department in your state as a possible illegal fishing technique.

Thank you for your Civic Duty.

    Sincerely,
    Ima Goofoff
