There are lunatic fringes on BOTH sides. You and I both know that. That first guy in the video in particular is obviously some racist a-hole, saying "send him back to the fields," "send him back to Sicily." As to the legal issues, I think they stop just short of that. Saying someone "should be" strung up isn't quite a threat; saying you're going to do it would be.
I would also point out that there are also a lot of very reasonable, tolerant, thoughtful, respectful/respectable (two sides of the same coin), and generally good-hearted people on BOTH sides, too.
