    Question Camping at Paynetown?

Choose to go to Monroe this spring and going to rent a boat from the same place I did last year, my new question is - does anyone know about camping at paynetown? I know it costs like $5 to get into the area (even to just get to the place to rent the boat) - but is there anything extra to stay the night at the camping area? We will just be in a tent.

Yes, you have to pay a camping fee. Primitive camp site costs less than modern camp site.

Less than $25 a night for primitive. We pay that for a spot with electricity. Check out the dnr website for exact prices.
