"Rights" to fish and hunt in Kentucky

Not sure if this belonged on the fishin' board, huntin' board or the off topics board, I'll leave it for the moderators to determine that. At any rate I'm posting this for a couple of reasons, #1 to make everyone aware of what's coming down the pike next year for Kentucky voters. I know I didn't know anything about it until I read it in todays paper. And #2, to send out a thanks to Randell Gibson for giving his honest opinion regarding a state constitutional amendment to guarantee his right, my right and YOUR right to fish and/or hunt in the state of Kentucky, as well as taking the time out of his schedule to give the courier-journal an interview.
