Patoka Fight???

I heard a rumor about a fight that happened during a tournament last fall on Patoka where two guys "took it to the bank". I heard it later got back to the tournament director and they were disqualified and one of the guys lost his sponsorships and stuff.

Does anybody have the details on this??? Maybe we should set up a MMA cage or something...

I heard it from a friend of mine. He said that he heard that one guy was fishing a spot back in lick creek and this other guy who has a reputation for being a a$$ came in on him and dropped his power pole and told the guy that was already there that he had to give him 50 yards because he was anchored. Obviosly not a very sportsman like thing to do if that is in deed what happened.... and next thing you know they were on the bank slugging it out.

I won't say who the A$$ is, but if someone else has more details then it will be pretty evident.

I want to know the spot, must be a heck of a honey hole! If the a$$ wanted it that bad, I would have just fired up the big motor and gave him a little spray and tore out of there. I don't need an idiot getting in my head, the fish do that enough...
