looking to conquer laurel river lake this year for walleye and crappie. looks like a tough lake to figure out. i will be fishing mostly from bank. any info on where the good bank access points are will help me save time on a lake i've never fished before. not looking for anyone to reveal their hot spots, but any info will be greatly cherished. thanx my fellow fishing brothers and sisters.

IF you can "conquer" the Laurel walleye in one year, you're doing far better than we haveBTW the majority of crappie in Laurel are "black nose crappie" and have different habits and locations than other crappie, they do fight "much harder" (IMO) than the others well worth learning. I catch more trout and bass (and catfish also) while walleye fishing than the targeted species LOL
I hope you tear them up, and share your experiences on here !
Good luck at laurel, I'm off to green again, hopefully we both get to do a bit of bragging!
thanx for the info. hopefully i'll have something to post after my trips to laurel.
