These men who died were very good friends of mine. Please keep their families in your thoughts and prayers. Accidents can happen so fast and change lives in a blink of an eye. Never take for granted what you have today!

Two men died and one man was rescued after a boating accident at the Kentucky Dam Sunday morning.
A boat capsized around 10 a.m. in the Tennessee River just below the dam.
When rescue crews got to the scene, two of the boaters were already dead. The third boater was rescued and taken to Vanderbilt Hospital.
One of the victims was a retired Kentucky State Trooper, William Herman of Campbellsburg. The other, 44-year-old Andy Myers of Louisville. Rescuers say the dam gates were open and the water was rough at the time of the accident.

One of the guys I was fishing with this past weekend is a dentist in Campbellsburg, and he called to tell me that one of the deceased was a patient of his. We saw the local paper sunday, and wondered about the details.
So sorry for your loss Skeeter.
Later,
Geo
