How much do you think the lakes will rise after today. Just as most lakes around KY were starting to stabilize and get back to normal we get another good soaking. At this rate I won't be able to get onto the river until August!!!

Its all perspective. Yeah you can forget the rivers but if your fishing the lakes and like to pitch a couple feet high may be what you live for.

I would rather crank myself but on the lakes I fish water a little high is a good thing.

I love fishing the river when it gets high. It's all a matter of knowing the small feeder creeks that feed the river.These flooded little creeks have given up some very nice fish and a variety to. Just like christmas you never know what your going to get.

I live to pitch on Barkley but I need a foot or two high the 1st week of May not now!
