Nolin fishing was starting to get hot and here came the rain again. River is currently up 17 ft. at my place and still rising. I'm some 50 river miles upstream from Wax and all that water is gonna screw up the lake again. Look for a high and muddy Nolin for the next few weeks as more rain is yet to come.
