i have a basspro redhead suit (camo) great for hunting and blending into the trees while fishing. but it works well for rain and wind.
I bought an FLW rainsuit at Walmart several years ago that has served me well. It keeps out the rain and the wind no matter how cold it gets when running down the lake. I got mine for half price back then too so it was well worth the price.
Just bought the new Bass pro Qualifier suit and can't say that I recommend it. The suit itself did a great job, but the elastic on the wrists is way too tight. That wouldn't be as big of a problem if the material was waterproof but it isn't. I can't pull the elastic back under the sleeves because of how tight it is. This might not be an issue for you and it's the only one I have with it. Otherwise, it did great.
Hard to the BASS PRO 100 mph suit when in cooler or cold weather.
I have a Cabalas Guide Ware and it is awesome.
If you want to buy a real good suit get a bass Pro 100MPH Gore Tex it will keep you DRY in any type of rain and warm in colder weather![]()
Wanted to go that route, but the store in Indiana didn't have the right version in the right size for me. All they had was the one with the knitted neckline. Wish I had waited and bought online...
Hey look on ebay I bought my 100 mph suit for half price and i think it is the greatest thing i ever bought for a rain suit, and its warm on cooler days. I really like mine. I will buy it again if I have too. LOOK ON EBAY!!! half price no joke
