Where's the best place to put in on the far north end with all the high water?The dam?

You can launch at Barkley Dam (Double Creek)...which is close to the canal..better watch being on Ky tomorrow..wind is gonna blow from the south. Calling for 20-30 from SSE. I ain't gonna be out there..that should tell you something.
