Still, going to take a while to get that lake back down and park all the trash on the shoreline again.![]()

At the current rate the lake should be back to normal in 2013
Ha HA I know they will let it roll when they can...but 45 feet is alot of water even at the 28 000 that was the max I have ever seen released it would take months.
Predicted to be 726 by Saturday.

It WAS normal before they found out the Dam was unsafe and in imminent Danger of failure........
up just over 28000 the most I have ever seen ..........Will they go More ????
Lake level hit 725.76 feet today at 11:00 am. Believe that's a record since they started work on the dam. At this level, water is up into the spillway gates. Currenly looks like TVA is running all 6 generators.
Went down (up) to the shoreline yesterday thinking I'd do a little live bait fishing. No way, found myself looking down into submerged tree tops and just knew all I would do was hang up my tackle. Never was any good fishing up in the trees!!

Yeah. I got to see what trees look like on the graph by confirming tree contact with a hook or two.
Fished the head of Greasy Friday and caught two undersized and caught one keeper Saturday within site of the dam. Those are two drastically different spots. The water was a couple of degrees warmer in the back of the creek. There was twenty feet of water near the old Hwy 127 bridges. I guess the answer to the question, where should I fish is "in the lake".
For some reason, from where my boat was, most of the tree tops were ten feet under the surface and there were lone trees in some really strange spots. It was good to get a feel for what the lake/tree situation will be like when they bring the lake up.
Looks like the lake should be down to normal in about 60 days ..........thats if they keep pulling it at the current rate..........
