Reply With QuoteA buddy and I went to Cedar on Wednesday. There were some bass on beds in the middle section (Old US 150). My partner got 4-5 on a weightless worm but no keepers. I got an 18 incher off a bed (yes I quickly released him and he went back to protecting the bed). The bluegill/redears were starting to go on the beds there. Up lake the bass were off the beds but wow the bluegills/redears were in full swing. My partner got some more on that weightless worm and I got a football look alike on a Chatterbait. Didn't go down lake to the **** area. Temps were in the 70s and the water was pretty clear midlake and started to get pretty stained in the upper areas but in no way was it muddy or full of debris.
