B4 daylight the lake was rolling big time, I found a section where 3 feeder drains nearly met in 20 ft. off a spawning bank. My neighbor marked it for me with his unit a couple days ago. I drifted it this morning took 3 fish over 20 by it drifting shad.
Caught several other good fish but it was a major project with the wind. I was in by 9 or so. Lake Temp droped to 69 last night lots of color not any mentionable trash, near state dock, I can tell
good numbers will be reported for this week end. Sat I did well too just not good quality fish....

Rick, Some nice fish! You are the man. Have a question for you: how are you getting your pictures? Are you using a timer on your camera while it is sitting on the console? I've seen you submit pictures before in the same manor . . just curios.
yes using the timer on a kodak easy share with it sitting on the console,
I fish by myself 99% of the time
That is what I was guessing you were doing. This is something I really didn't ever think . . meaning about your method.
The reason I was asking I was by myself one weekend on Dale about four Falls ago in November. I fished a spot with live bait down the lake past First Island for two days. I really hit it when it was right; this was my most prolific trip ever by myself. On this trip I had well over 40 fish (lost count) I had 12 ea. over 21inch and had no one to take my picture or record my sucess. I did take a picture of one over 22" laying on top of my scale. Thanks again Rick, for you tip and knowledge![]()
