Didn't a lot of the Corps ramps do away with the fee? I can't remember the last time I paid one.

I had to make several phone calls to find out where to get annual boat ramp passes so I thought would post the info here.
The lady told me on the phone they are valid at all Corps ramps nationwide. She also tole me you can purchase them at the Kendall recreation area below Wolf Creek Dam from the guy that runs the campground. Man, I hate filling out those little envelopes at the ramp!

Annual passes can be purchased at the Lake Cumberland Visitor's Center Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 to 4:30. The passes cost $30.00 and are good for one full year from the month of purchase. These passes cover the cost of boat launching and day use at all Corps-managed facilities around Lake Cumberland, or any other Corps of Engineers Lake.
You may also call the Natural Resource Manager's Office to request a mail order form, if you are unable to come to the visitor's center in Somerset.
Please give us a call at (606) 679-6337 with any further questions.

Subject: Annual boat ramp pass
Where do I purchase an annual boat ramp pass for Halcomb's Landing at Wolf
Creek Dam? Is this pass good at any other boat ramps?
Thank you.

Peter, I have been faxing my COE Annual Day Pass application for the last 3 years to a COE office, then call them with my Credit card number. The office then mail's my pass to the house.
Also if you have a GoldenAge/Golden Acess Passport or America the Beautiful Senior/Access Pass Federal Park Pass (You get these at a Federal Park, got mine at Lincoln's Birthplace in Hodgenville KY) You can get a 50% discount on the COE Lauch Pass. Got mine for $15 the last three years.
This has saved me time and money. Hope this info is helpful.

the fee with a golden age pass is 15.00
You can purchase them at the Coprs office on Barren right past the ****. There are alot of corps ramps out there.
You can call them without filling out an application at the Nolin office. They'll mail it to you. Just gotta give a credit card no.
I purchased mine by printing off the application online and mailing it in....ez.
