Nolin river up only 10'

Thought I'd let you know the river is almost 10' high and rising. Mud mess right now with more rain on the way.

I know this I fished nolin lake over the weekend. A person can fill there tackle box with lures when the water goes down the trees on the shore line are decorated with slip bobbers and lures. A couple of them are mine.
