Hello All,
Just wondering if there were any dams on the Ohio River in the Louisville Area, If so, where ? I'm not familiar with the Ohio in this part...

Park where the green arrow is, then walk the little trail down to the water. Great fishing when the water is down low enough. White bass, drum, catfish, and sauger will all readily hit a white curly tail grub. A small topwater can work well too.
You can fish below the McAlpine dam on the louisville side. I dont know how to describe getting there, but you cross over the locks and theres a spot to park there. small hike then your at the dam.
