I personally stay at Jameson Inn and I love it but it is a few miles from the ramp.

yep, I fish a big circuit out of Missouri and when they hold their classic there Jameson is the tournament headquarters, although some parking spots you have to unhook your trailer from your truck, but all in all it is a nice place to stay and has a outdoor pool and is real close to restarants and fuel. there is a pretty good tackle store right at the entrance to McFarland and the marina has a place to have a few cocktails if so desired.
