    Lake drawdown

I noticed that nolin is being dropped 2 to 2 1/2 feet a day but the other lakes are dropping a lot slower. I assume they will get nolin at or close to summer pool and start on another lake but i have never seen the amount of water be dropped so quick from any major lake. Wonder which lake will be next ? Im glad nolin will be back to summer pool by the end of the weekend so i can leave my boat at the dock. It was crazy last weekend getting the boat in and out of nolin. Took almost a hour last sunday to get my boat out of the lake.

They can drop Nolin a little quicker and easier for some reason, might not be as much crop land down stream like there is below Barren and rough. That could have something to do with it. I just wish that they would extend the ramps and parking lots so you can have better access when these lakes are high. Summer will be almost over before Port Oliver can be utilized to its full potential.

They expect to have Port Oliver ramp usuable by the 9th or 10th. One of the guys from the core told me that if Barren hits flood stage "590" that they COULD have it to summer pool in 40 days. However they have nor never will pull it that hard. To much farmland downstream.

They drop the lakes rapidly until they reach their 50% carrying capacity. Once they hit that point, the rate at which they draw down will fall greatly.

They drop Nolin faster cause they know I live upstream and if they flood me out I'll have their a##!
